Acceptance and who provides the app
These terms govern your use of Mi Raíz, an Android game published by José Francisco Bustamante Ocampo, who develops apps under the name LiliumLabs. By installing or using Mi Raíz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app.
Use the app in line with its Google Play age rating and the laws that apply where you live. If you cannot accept terms on your own under local law, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you and authorize your use.
License and permitted use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Mi Raíz on devices you control, subject to these terms and Google Play rules. You do not own the app or its content.
Do not use the app unlawfully or try to disrupt its operation, bypass its security, or copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer it, except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Gameplay, missions, and wellbeing
Mi Raíz is an entertainment game with optional missions inspired by everyday activities, such as moving, exploring, pausing, caring for something, or connecting with others. Missions are suggestions within the game; you can skip them and progress at your own pace.
The app does not provide medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. Decide for yourself whether an activity is suitable and safe for you. Do not do a mission if it could put you at risk or conflict with professional advice.
Progress, Google services, and ads
Core progress is stored on your device. If you choose optional features, you can use Google Drive for backups or Health Connect to import aggregated step totals. These features require your permissions and may depend on Google services being available; they are not a LiliumLabs user account.
The app may show Google ads. Google Play, Google Drive, Health Connect, and advertising services are third-party services and are also governed by their own terms and policies. Read the Mi Raíz Privacy Policy to learn how data is handled.
Availability, changes, and purchases
We may update the app, change features, or stop offering it. Some features may not be available on every device or in every region, and third-party services may change or stop outside our control. Where reasonable, we will announce important changes through the app or Google Play.
If a purchase or paid feature is offered, its price and terms will be shown before you confirm it, and payment will be handled through Google Play under its terms and refund rules. These terms do not replace purchase terms shown by Google Play.
Intellectual property
Mi Raíz, its software, design, characters, artwork, text, and marks belong to its developer or licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms grant only the license described above; they do not transfer intellectual property rights.
Warranties and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided as available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility. We do not limit warranties, consumer rights, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms and will post the latest update date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms only where the law permits that effect; if you disagree, stop using the app.
